Move out of the cold chilly winter with a spring in your step! Like with nature following the cyclic seasons, we too move in and out of the seasons. Spring time is a great reminder to keep an attitude of gratitude and new growth in our lives. 

Class will begin with a short centering featuring a Pranayama technique and will move into a mixture of Hatha yoga and Vinyasa style flow classes. Some postures in the sequence will be held while still incorporating flow and dynamic movement and will include a short Svasana to integrate the practice!
